  1. Noise Interchange 2.06c is a sound conversion program that lets you do things like:

  3. * convert sound files between SoundEdit, SoundWave, SoundCap, System 7, Hypercard, and others.
  4. * get sounds out of Hypercard stacks and make the System beeps or SoundEdit files or System 7 sounds.
  5. * re-sample sounds to a lower quality so they can be smaller.
  6. * change the speed of sounds so they don't sound like they're playing too fast or too slow
  7.  
  8. Noise Interchange contains a few bug fixes and interface changes to Noise Interchange 2.03, which was uploaded Fall '93 as ''.
